Reminders for Eating Healthy – Not “Dieting”

Happy New Year!

Of course, one of the biggest resolutions is to lose weight or eat better. The best way to achieve this is not to “diet” or focus on weight loss, but decide to eat healthy. I know, easier said than done. Luckily, Fooducate has a great article with reminders on what it means to eat healthy:
