Personal Training Sessions – Individual

Individual, or one-on-one, Personal Training includes
  • Identifying fitness goals and/or personal mission statement
  • Determining a workout program suited for specific fitness goals
  • Determining realistic timeframe for goal achievement
  • Discussing and planning nutrition improvements
  • 60 minute workout sessions to include strength training, cardio and/or flexibility, as needed
