Personal Training Sessions – Group

Group Personal Training sessions include
  • Identifying fitness goals
  • Determining a workout program suited for specific fitness goals
  • Determining realistic timeframe for goal achievement
  • Discussing and planning nutrition improvements
  • 60 minute workout sessions with 1 to 3 other people with similar goals. Sessions will include strength training, cardio and/or flexibility, as needed

Group Personal Training sessions are great for individuals who enjoy competition and/or the social aspect of working out.
