March is National Nutrition Month: “Put Your Best Fork Forward”

We can always improve something in our nutritional habits. The most important thing is to make smart decisions and lead a healthy lifestyle. Try to pick one thing per week to focus on… for example, drinking more water, or cutting out a sugary drink or candy, or eating more veggies. The point is: pick ONE thing and try to stick with that ONE thing for the week. If you are successful with the first change, then you can change one more thing the next week.
