Healthy Summer Party Grub!

Whether you’re planning a BBQ for the 4th of July or just love throwing outdoor summer parties, here are some healthy options. Obviously, I would like to see everyone include fruits and vegetables in their party menu (minus the high calorie sauces for dipping).  Maybe include cucumbers and celery instead of chips with your humus or salsa. Another option is saving the berries for dessert and serve with fat free cool whip. I’ve picked out a few of my favorite BBQ and summery recipes to make your party planning easier. You’re welcome ;)
