Crush Your Core

Summer’s over? No way! We’ve still got some bathing suit wearing days ahead. Or maybe we just want a strong core to be healthy and happy ;)

Here’s a great idea for a quick core workout that you can fit in everyday. The part that is most important: THINK ABOUT YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES while exercising. If you feel your hip flexors taking over (i.e., the front of your hips, lower than your stomach muscles), try not bringing your knees up as high in both exercises.
