Can exercise help you lose weight?

Of course! However, there are many confusing claims being made that make it sound hopeless. Don’t get discouraged! Yes, it takes consistent exercise and a reasonable amount of time… but that is why exercise has to be part of your lifestyle. I read an article that¬†explains some recent research which paints exercise for weight loss in a negative light. The article explains the reason why and how exercise does help with weight loss, if you are consistent and in it for the long haul.
